二 | “这次捐助活动是他的朋友F哥最先发起，对方坚持自己承担5万元，剩下的部分由罗永浩、路金波以及其他几位好友分摊，每人捐出1万元，凑齐了总额10万元的款项。” 当时当事人做好事扶老人之后反倒被家属倒打一耙索要的赔偿金额仅为19000元，罗永浩一行人凑出远高于索赔额的善款，也有几方面的考量。
首先当事人遭遇讹诈之后气到身体不适，专门去医院输液产生了额外开支，其次她自家经营的牌馆生意因为这件事舆论发酵受到影响，也产生了不少经营损失，最重要的是，做好事反倒被恶意讹诈的人，理应得到来自社会的情感支持和正向奖励，仅仅补偿直接损失是远远不够的，他一时没想到更妥当的表述，完全没有冒犯当事人的意思。 罗永浩也在发文中明确表态，大家不应该站在旁观者的角度，强行要求当事人必须通过法律手段去对抗讹诈自己的人，每个人的性格和处事选择都不一样，有些人碰到这类事愿意死磕到底要个公道，也有些人宁可自己吃点小亏，只想让这件糟心事赶紧翻篇，免得长期耗进去影响自家生意和日常的身心健康。
当事人本来就因为好心救人反被讹的事遭了不少罪，大家就不要再出于善意和正义感，反过来给她施加压力逼她去跟不讲道理的人对峙，还是充分尊重她本人做出的选择就好。

罗永浩还直言，自己和他创业的多家机构历年来做的各种公益捐赠大概有3000多万。
他也特意提到，大家也没必要苛责当地的相关部门，毕竟当事人自己主动选择了和解息事宁人，相关部门也没有足够的理由强行介入事件继续推进追责。
之前自己发过相关帖子之后，底下有大量网友留言表示愿意一起捐钱，委托他来牵头组织，这份心意让他特别感动，但考虑到公开募集善款涉及到不少法律法规和平台管理的相关规定，实际操作上会遇到不少难以解决的麻烦，最后没能牵头组织大家一起捐助，他在这里也向所有热心网友致歉。 大家的这份善意他已经全部截屏转发给了当事人，相信这些来自陌生人的关心，也能让当事人感受到不少来自社会的暖意。
